Try Waste collects only the information needed to assess, quote, deliver, track and improve a requested service. This can include contact details, service location, site information, waste or pest details and supporting evidence.

How information is used

Information may be used to contact you, classify and route a request, arrange service delivery, maintain a service record, resolve an issue, provide requested reporting and meet legal or safety obligations.

Demand intelligence

Try Waste may analyse aggregated, non-identifying patterns such as province, service type, waste stream and frequency to understand demand and plan operating capacity. Personal information should not be used for unrelated purposes.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with personnel and service partners who need it to complete the request, or where disclosure is legally required. Records are retained only while an operational, contractual or legal purpose remains.

Your choices

You may ask Try Waste to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or object to its use. Some records may need to be retained where law, safety or an active service obligation requires it.
